What are you measuring?

“What gets measured gets improved” ~ Peter Drucker

You set goals and tracking against your goals is a challenge. You might hesitate to measure how you are progressing towards your goals. You might be afraid to look at what the data is telling you. If you have no measurement or you do not look at what the measurement is telling you, how can you learn and know what to focus on to improve?

Here are 4 assessments that you may find valuable and useful to take. Each takes about 10 minutes to complete. Thus, it is recommended you allow 40 to 50 minutes to complete all of these assessments. Note: These assessments are a point in time snapshot of you.

1. Brene Brown’s Whole Hearted Inventory. It is a good temperature check on where you are now in living your values and where you can keep growing in each guidepost.

2 Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence Score and Saboteur Assessment. PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient) measures the relative strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative (Saboteur). The Saboteur Assessment gives you a profile of your primary saboteur and your top accomplice saboteurs.

3. The Leadership Circle Profile Assessment is a 360 degree assessment that measures the two primary leadership domains – Creative Competencies and Reactive Tendencies. (On the Leadership Circle website, scroll down to see the button to take the Leadership Circle Profile self assessment).
